Working with Jackie has been more than achieving weight loss. It has been a knowledgeable journey of transformation.  During my 12 week program, she led me on a path that taught me not only how to identify my relationship with food, but also how my body responds to it. Most importantly, her program equips you with the knowledge and tools to be successful at losing weight consistently, yielding results of weight loss each week.  Having been somewhat fit with minimal fat to lose, I was able to shed 19.5 lbs and 15 inches on her 12 week program - without being hungry and with a variety in my diet!! I actually ate real foods that I enjoy! The best part about the program is the knowledge-sharing and understanding "the why". She teaches you why certain things are done, why they are done when they are, and what happens if/when you do not follow the program as directed. Understanding why makes you more inclined to adhere to the program. In addition, she is always available for questions, provides ongoing support and celebrates your gains with you!
