Food Journal Analysis coaching call $475 (consultation required)

A 1.5 hour coaching call with Jackie to review your 7-day food journal and get specific feedback on changes to make and specific foods to incorporate to reach your goal independently. Your health is your wealth and what you eat determines how you look, feel, and move.  Jackie will assist you in analyzing your current eating habits, provide changes to make based on your goals, and help you break through current limitations with nutrition so you can get started on your journey.  In addition to the food journal analysis, you will also examine your food triggers and discuss specific prevention tips and strategies, a macronutrient breakdown based on your goals, and a format to structure your meals to meet your goals.

Customized Nutrition Overhaul Strategy Sessions (4) $2,500

Four, 1 hour coaching calls is an experience for women and men who need nutritional education and wellness planning session with a certified nutritionist to map out goals and learn what your body needs to feel your best. This session is for those who need direction before moving forward independently on a weight loss and wellness journey. You'll have 4 calls (virtually) with Jackie to create the ultimate plan for your best body and these are scheduled 2-3 weeks apart so you have time to immediately put information into practice. With Jackie Yvonne Nutrition® we start at the heart of it all: your kitchen and we'll work together to evaluate your nutritional and workout habits and identify areas of growth to get you to the next level. The VIP Day is a completely customized experience based upon getting you started to complete your journey on your own.  You'll walk with a new sense of the best foods new eat, and understanding of your food triggers, analysis and feedback on your food journal, and much more.

Nutrition Made Easy: 16 Week Coaching Program starting at $5,000

16 week nutritional coaching program for men and women who desire optimum accountability and are ready to catapult their weight loss and fitness to the next level. All other service are included in addition to tackling emotional eating, food triggers, mindset for body transformation, and understanding nutrition 101. For those needing to dig deeper, you’ll have access to a “Healing Your Inner Child - Nutrition Edition” training by licensed therapist, Jessica Gordon, The Rapid Transformation Specialist.  The program includes detailed meal plans and nutritional knowledge that clients learn so they are armed with knowledge to keep the weight off. As your coach, Jackie’s role is to demystify the weight loss process by coaching clients through the process of reconnecting with the best foods to eat for weight-loss, muscle growth, and maintaining weight loss. After working with Jackie Yvonne Nutrition®, clients will be able to make healthy eating choices and understand  the impact it will have on their bodies. We work together to create goals and outline a custom experience during your VIP Day (Included for FREE with this program) so that you are on track for success. As your coach, you will have direct access to Jackie via text to answer questions or to provide encouragement.
